Neuromuscular therapy is a holistic alternative/preventative approach of structural and functional integrity along with nutritional and emotional balance. Reducing dysfunction can reduce pain, increase energy and lead to a more positive mood and better overall feeling.

Neuromuscular Therapy and Trigger Point is a thorough and systematic method to treat soft tissue dysfunction. It has applications that are both general and local. NMT/TP assists with hyper-constricted muscles, fascial restrictions, frozen shoulder, tissue congestion, Occupational Overuse Syndrome (OOS) and Repetitive Overuse Syndrome (ROS), pelvic dysfunction, back pains, headaches, TMJ and more. NMT/TP emphasizes the importance of treating soft tissue for all somatic dysfunction with muscular and skeletal imbalances, joints, myofascia and related problematic issues with vascular, lymphatic and neural tissue. Pain pathways are identified and points of sensitivity are worked. In this class we will link clinical assessment and treatment in a combined approach bringing a more rapid and permanent recovery.

This comprehensive hands-on course will cover Physiology & Anatomy, the Medical Laws and Principals of NMT/TP, training in Bilateral Assessment and Stroke Techniques of Trigger Point Therapy with accentuation on proper body mechanics.
