

Jess Stuckey is a CMT and graduated in 2001 from The School of Shiatsu and Massage in Middletown, CA. After opening his private practice at a local bed and breakfast, he returned to assist teaching massage classes at Harbin. He has received training in Deep Tissue, Advanced Structural Release, and Side lying massage, which he incorporates into his work. In 2005 he and his wife built Bamboo Garden Spa, where he maintains his massage practice.
Darlene Brown brings an immense wealth of knowledge and a lengthy background in massage therapy and teaching massage. She has received advanced training in several different modalities (including Cranial Sacral, Lymphatic, Zero balancing) that have allowed the development of techniques that are effective in treating injury from physical, emotional trauma. Her experience includes working with newborns, autism, sports injury, accident and surgery trauma.
Karin C. Uphoff holds a master’s degree in zoology from Arizona State University and diplomas in Herbal Medicine and Iridology from the Selfheal School in the UK. Karin completed massage certification and advanced training at the Center for Human Unfolding in Santa Barbara California, where she latter served as an instructor. Aside from massage therapy, Karin and has a private practice as an herbalist, yoga instructor and serves as a nutritional consultant in Mendocino. In her book, Botanical Body Care: Herbs and Natural Healing for Your Whole body (2007), Karin pulls together personal and clinical experience along with her reverence for nature, to inspire each of us to take care of our own piece of the planet – ourselves. Ed has taught for over 20 years, accumulating experience in Swedish massage, Reflexology and Neuromuscular Therapy. Ed is passionate about Reflexology which inspired him to develop a certification program in Reflexology. He also currently teaches in Florida at "Educating Hands School of Massage".
Donna Crikos has been a massage therapist since 1976. She continues her quest for knowledge, completing a B.S. in physical therapy in 1983, but felt that somehow the traditional medical training she received left her clients short. She went on to become a biofeedback therapist, which allowed her to be a more holistic practitioner. Donna founded a massage school, and has taught massage, anatomy & physiology, and physical therapy with humor, sensitivity, active and tactile learning methods.
